By using Favindex, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — if we make significant changes, we'll let you know.

Your content

You own everything you create on Favindex — your guides, your notes, your lists. By posting content publicly, you give us permission to display it on the platform and in shared links. You can delete your content at any time.

Don't post content that isn't yours, that's illegal, or that's designed to mislead. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules.

Acceptable use

Use Favindex for what it's meant for — creating and sharing city guides. Don't use it to spam, scrape data at scale, impersonate others, or do anything that degrades the service for everyone else.

The service

We do our best to keep Favindex running and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided as-is. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Use a strong password. If you think someone has access to your account, let us know immediately.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue parts of Favindex at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for major changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
